GRS Receipts Terms of Use
End-User License Agreement · Effective date: November 1, 2026
GRS Receipts is a private software application owned and used by GRS Service HVAC Inc. (“GRS,” “we,” “us”), a California corporation and licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB license C-20 #1154007) based in Fair Oaks, CA 95628. It records GRS’s own business receipts in GRS’s own QuickBooks Online company. These terms are the end-user license agreement for GRS Receipts.
Who may use GRS Receipts
Only GRS and the people GRS authorizes to work on its books may use GRS Receipts. We do not sell, offer, or license it to the public or to any other business. If GRS has not authorized you, you may not use it.
Your license
GRS gives each authorized user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GRS Receipts for GRS business. GRS can end that right at any time. You may not copy, sell, or share the app, share your access, or try to get around its security. GRS keeps all rights in the app.
The QuickBooks connection
GRS Receipts connects to QuickBooks Online only after a person authorized by GRS approves the connection on Intuit’s own sign-in page. GRS can disconnect it at any time from its QuickBooks account. The app uses this connection only to read the accounting information it needs and to add receipts, expense records, and the vendors those records need to GRS’s own company. It does not connect to any other company’s QuickBooks.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how GRS handles personal information, including our use of QuickBooks by Intuit for accounting.
Intuit
Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. GRS Receipts is GRS’s own app. Intuit did not make it and does not support or endorse it. Please send questions about the app to GRS, not to Intuit.
No warranty
We provide GRS Receipts “as is,” for GRS’s internal use, with no warranty of any kind. Records it creates can contain errors, so check them before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, GRS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
When your access ends
Your right to use GRS Receipts ends when GRS ends it or when you stop working with GRS, whichever comes first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date.
California law
California law governs these terms. Nothing here limits any right that the law does not allow us to limit.
